Senior Communication Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our marketing and brand strategies across diverse markets and supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and corporate communication, with excellent skills in creating compelling visual content independently using design tools and software such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Proficiency in collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Suite is also essential.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that support corporate objectives, create high-impact marketing and sales materials, and lead generation of digital content with a focus on customer engagement and business development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support corporate objectives
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales materials
  • Lead generation of digital content
  • Craft visually appealing materials with strong design skills
  • Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision
  • Maintain and organize an up-to-date internal database for design assets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a comparable field of study
  • Proven experience in professional graphic design and corporate communication
  • Proficiency in design tools and software
  • Collaboration tools proficiency
  • Digital marketing strategies understanding
  • CPUX or other design or UX related certifications
