Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams in LATAM to develop sourcing strategies and implementation plans for various subcategories, including Media, Events, Creative, and Market Research.
  • Manage the complete procurement cycle, which encompasses purchase request consolidation, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchase order management.
  • Foster continuous enhancement and innovation in compliance, supplier management, sourcing process efficiency, and purchasing effectiveness.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure the successful execution of strategies.
  • Oversee critical internal and external procurement relationships.
  • Lead a LATAM team member with the potential for team expansion in Procurement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing procurement, demonstrating a successful history in formulating sourcing strategies, leading negotiations, and managing supplier partnerships.
  • Experience working with various marketing agencies and an understanding of their operational dynamics.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, with strong analytical skills and a positive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Data-oriented with strong quantitative analysis skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese, with Spanish language skills viewed as advantageous.
