Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local communications strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective execution aligned with company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the team to execute sales & comms campaigns and initiatives, assist in planning and coordinating sales-driven events in LATAM, and coordinate with local suppliers and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Event Logistics: Manage local event logistics, including space or booth reservations, invitation management, travel coordination, and monitor budgets allocated to events in LATAM.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to develop promotion and communication strategies for local events and content initiatives, and contribute to the creation of communication materials (invitations, programs, etc.).
  • PR & Content: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights relevant to the LATAM market, and support the creation of Spanish and Portuguese-language content for various platforms.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both written and verbal
  • Education in communication, marketing, event management, or a similar field
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
