Technical Lead for Scalable API Development

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to oversee the development of our scalable Go-based API. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture, writing high-quality Go code, and integrating with various databases.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our API, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. A strong understanding of concurrency programming, REST API design, and Docker/Kubernetes is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing scalable microservices architecture
  • Writing high-quality, readable, and efficient Go code
  • Integrating Go applications with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Go-based API
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years of experience working with Go
  • Strong skills in REST API design and concurrency programming
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Conversational English skills
