Global Software Distribution Engine Team Lead

This is a leadership position to direct a team of software developers working on global software distribution engine microservices.
The role involves developing and reviewing code, ensuring the team's focus, productivity, and unblockage. Strong technical skills are required, along with experience in agile software development practices and forming a healthy engineering culture.
Key responsibilities include leading a team, developing colleagues, and ensuring the team meets its goals. The successful candidate will be technically strong and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
