About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests and assigning request responsible within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks related to external contractor purchase (Pre-Requests, PO setups, PO Renewals & Change Requests, Job postings and Workorders)
- Handling EBD and Fieldglass related activities (e.g. goods receiving)
- Responsible for all user ID related activities
- Manage reports and handling invoices
- Gather local KPIs included in the report to different stakeholder e.g. management team and region Request Office Manager, projects etc
- Inform stakeholders about the request process and give support on how to use appointed tools
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics or correlated
- English language mastery
