We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development of AI-driven creative solutions.

Creative Leadership & Customer Engagement
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative vision for key accounts, in collaboration with senior creatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on conceptual direction, ensuring alignment with customer goals across campaigns, content, and formats.
  • Lead customer calls and presentations, offering clear rationale, feedback, and recommendations.
  • Champion high-quality creative output through direction, feedback, and refinement.
  • Offer strong, actionable direction to cross-disciplinary creative teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration between vision, scope, and resources.
  • Mentor and inspire talent, elevating project outcomes through coaching and feedback.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to support ideation and design when relevant.
  • Promote the adoption of AI-enhanced creativity and efficiency, without compromising quality.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective presentation and articulation of creative concepts.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work.
  • Proven track record of leading customer relationships and delivering creative projects in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, demonstrating ability to integrate them into creative workflows.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, inspiring and guiding high-performing teams.
