About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Creative Director to lead our globally distributed team of creatives in delivering innovative work across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, print design, presentation design, and more.

In this pivotal role, you'll elevate our creative capabilities and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into our design processes, driving business impact and pushing creative standards forward.

As a Creative Director, you'll own the creative vision for key accounts, partnering with stakeholders to shape brand expression and output. You'll guide conceptual direction, ensure alignment with customer goals, and lead customer calls and creative presentations.

  • Lead a high-performing team of creatives, inspiring and guiding them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with customer goals and drives business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative projects.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into creative workflows.
