The Role of a Creative Director

Job Description:

A visionary leader is required to spearhead the creative vision for key accounts. This role involves partnering with fellow directors to shape brand expression and output, guiding conceptual direction, and ensuring alignment with customer goals across campaigns, content, and formats.

The successful candidate will lead customer calls and creative presentations, offering clear rationale, feedback, and recommendations. They will champion creative quality through direction, feedback, and refinement, providing strong, actionable direction to creative teams across disciplines.

This role also involves collaborating with project managers to ensure alignment between vision, scope, and resources. Additionally, the ideal candidate will mentor and inspire talent, raising the bar across projects through coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts. They should have 7+ years in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.

A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work, is essential. The successful candidate will also have experience leading customer relationships and creative delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote is required. Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL-E, and Adobe Firefly, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into creative workflows, is also necessary.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing globally distributed team, are crucial for this role.
