Lead Creative Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative leader to spearhead our visual identity and drive the success of our projects. You will collaborate closely with our design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, impactful designs that elevate our brand experience.

About This Role:

  • Creative Direction: Define and lead the visual direction of our projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects.
  • Concept Development: Oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Client Presentations: Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet our brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
  • Proficient with design software and technologies (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • An effective communicator and a natural leader who can guide and motivate a creative team.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
