The OpportunityWe are looking for a sharp and brand-driven designer to bring our strategic thinking to life visually. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and evolving our core brand identity and scalable visual systems across every touchpoint.
This role demands experience, raw talent, relentless drive, and a mindset built for momentum. We need someone who can solve problems collaboratively, think in systems, and move with precision.
- Evolving and expanding our brand system (typography, color, layout logic, motion, templates)
- Building logic with flexibility to enable indirectly recognizable style with flexibility to stay dynamic and fresh
- Creating and maintaining internal brand documentation and style guides
- Translating strategy and messaging into distinctive, memorable brand visuals
- Designing micro-assets: logos, icons, frameworks, badges, certification stamps, etc.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in brand design, brand systems, or visual identity development
- Proven experience with AI design tools
- Top-notch design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to create not just designs but systems that can be reused and scaled
