As a Strategic Visionary, you will shape the brand vision and strategy for our clients, building strong positioning platforms.

This individual will lead the discovery process that informs creative campaigns, messaging, and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand discovery and positioning for new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research and audience profiling
  • Research audience behavior, trends, and competitors
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs that inspire designers and copywriters
  • Collaborate with project managers to align brand direction with campaign goals
  • Review campaign performance data to inform creative direction
  • Present strategies and insights to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence
  • Guide consistency of brand expression across all marketing touchpoints

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand strategy or related roles at a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and creative development processes
  • Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to think conceptually and analytically
  • Comfortable presenting and defending your ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
