  • Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML best practices across client engagements;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals;
  • 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale;
  • Strong data manipulation and Python programming skills;
  • Expert-level proficiency in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face);
  • Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience;
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership;
