As an AI Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI strategies that drive real results. With your expertise in Generative and Predictive AI, you will design and lead proof-of-concepts, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to proposals and workshops.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AI/ML experience, proven consulting skills, and a strong understanding of cloud platforms and MLOps best practices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales and business teams to identify client needs and participate in sales calls.
  • Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions.
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents) and Predictive AI (e.g., forecasting, classification, clustering).
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from early consulting phases to implementation.
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience (e.g., client-facing, pre-sales support, fractional CTO work, or agency consulting).
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs, vector databases, LangChain/RAG architectures).
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, using tools like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, etc.
  • Strong communication skills: able to present to executives and business users, explain technical concepts, and tell compelling data stories.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices is a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in fractional CTO roles or acting as a strategic technical advisor.
  • Background in startup consulting, product ideation, or venture-backed AI/ML companies.
  • Experience with multi-modal AI (e.g., text, image, audio) or agent-based systems.
