You will transform insights into actionable innovations and lead the product to deliver meaningful impact rather than merely counting features.What You Will Be DoingArchitect and maintain the Brain Lifts framework to crystallize deep domain insights that power both human and AI decision-making.Lead rapid product iteration cycles using the OODA Loop methodology, delivering impactful changes weekly with a laser focus on measurable student outcomes.What You Won't Be DoingGetting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy or endless roadmap discussions.Jumping to solutions before mastering the problem space.Managing long development cycles; we emphasize a weekly shipping cadence.Making technical architecture decisions—that is handled by our engineering team.Basic RequirementsProven track record with 4+ years steering product vision and strategy in leadership positions.Experience launching a product from zero to $1M+ revenue, owning the journey from conception to market success.Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools for professional analysis, research, and strategic planning.About LearnWith.AILearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning.

We are a remote-first company that hires globally via Crossover.Working with UsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The role is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
Compensation is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year with 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year.
The payment period is weekly.
