This role focuses on concrete results: measuring success by student achievements and rapid, data-backed iterations that impact learning outcomes. You will transform insights into actionable innovations and lead the product to deliver meaningful impact rather than merely counting features.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Architect and maintain the Brain Lifts framework to crystallize deep domain insights that power both human and AI decision-making.
  • Lead rapid product iteration cycles using the OODA Loop methodology, delivering impactful changes weekly with a laser focus on measurable student outcomes.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Getting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy or endless roadmap discussions.
  • Jumping to solutions before mastering the problem space.
  • Managing long development cycles; we emphasize a weekly shipping cadence.
  • Making technical architecture decisions—that is handled by our engineering team.
Basic Requirements
  • Proven track record with 4+ years steering product vision and strategy in leadership positions.
  • Experience launching a product from zero to $1M+ revenue, owning the journey from conception to market success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools for professional analysis, research, and strategic planning.

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
