Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, and mechatronics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery to ensure accurate test conditions.
  • Apply best practices in maintenance, alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting to optimize machine performance and data quality.
  • Operate and analyze data from vibration analyzers, shaft alignment tools, thermal cameras, and other diagnostic instruments.
  • Inspect and diagnose faults in bearings, gears, and other mechanical components.
  • Provide expert insights into common industrial maintenance challenges and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define test conditions that reflect real-world failure modes and operational scenarios.
  • Assist in the development of structured test procedures and documentation of maintenance and reliability methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis.
  • Proficiency with vibration analyzers, shaft alignment tools, and data acquisition systems.
  • Experience with fault identification and inspection of bearings, gears, and rotating equipment.
  • Understanding of common industrial equipment, such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and rotating machinery.
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose mechanical and reliability issues.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with project documentation and maintenance.

  • Experience with industrial automation and control systems.
  • Knowledge of lubrication best practices and tribology.
  • Familiarity with industrial IoT and sensor-based monitoring.
  • Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Prior experience in testing environments or reliability engineering.
