About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product & Customer Insights Manager to join our Customer Experience and Business Trends team at Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and assessing the landscape for innovations, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership
  • Perform in-depth analyses and deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas
  • Use insights-driven recommendations to drive actions that impact Amazon customers
  • Deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders across geos and business units
  • Work with senior leaders to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on developing products and services that will improve our customers' experience

Requirements
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical analyses tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in areas such as management consulting, internet, technology, retail, consumer goods, or customer research
