Sales Director

The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth across all regions, managing the sales team, and leading the company's sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on market strategies.
- Forecast sales performance and report regularly on progress and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in asphalt and concrete batching plant industries.
- Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of products, sales analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international sales or managing multi-regional teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
