SFE Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled SFE Analyst to join our team. As an SFE Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales force performance, process development, and continuous improvement.

• Support the development and implementation of sales force strategies and processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and key metrics.

• Proven experience in sales force efficiency or business intelligence.
• Knowledge of commercial tools and sales processes in Brazil.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel skills.
