SFE Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled SFE Analyst to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Brasil. As an SFE Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales force performance, process development, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze sales force performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales force efficiency
• Support the development and maintenance of sales force systems and tools
• Provide regular reporting and feedback to Sales Force, Marketing, and SFE Area on sales force performance and software/platform usage
• Manage current processes (Sales) and information management (analysis and KPIs reporting) and Incentive Plans (Calculation) and Territory Performance

• Solid experience in SFE or BI
• Knowledge of Demand Pharma Sales Force, commercial tools, and the sales process in Brazil
• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluid English with written and verbal skills for Global reports
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced Excel skills

• Can-Do Attitude
