We are seeking a dynamic project manager to drive major projects within the digital health sector.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to maintain direct, positive, and measurable impact on people's health by collaborating with talented individuals from large healthcare corporations and institutions.

This is an excellent chance to join a senior leadership team with successful previous exits and work in an office located in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

  • Key responsibilities include managing digital health projects across all fronts, developing new brand partnerships for rewards, accelerating adoption of the solution within the public health system, identifying medical and sales opportunities in Brazil, ensuring the success of clinical studies linked to led projects, and creating content related to chronic diseases based on medical evidence.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong background in medicine or experience in the healthcare sector with exposure to pharmaceutical companies' ways of working.
  • Leadership experience in multinational companies.
  • Ability to create engaging content for general audiences and popularize medical evidence.
  • Experience in managing clinical studies.
  • Digital health expertise, with the ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Result-driven approach with strong timing skills.
  • Capacity to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate effectively across disciplines and countries.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian health system.
  • Native fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
