Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the development of end-to-end product solutions for farming operations and agricultural supply chains.

This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions. The successful candidate will also coordinate internal and external consulting teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with project timelines.

Data integration between core business platforms and field operations, including support for mobility, analytics, and IoT, is a key aspect of the role. Promoting solution adoption through training sessions, documentation, and change management initiatives is also essential.

The candidate will propose continuous improvements to ensure long-term sustainability, traceability, and business impact. Contribution to the digital strategy roadmap by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation in farming activities is expected.

Experience in enterprise system implementation projects, especially in the agriculture or natural resources sector, is required. A proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage both local and remote delivery models is necessary.

Familiarity with operational planning, input control, field activity monitoring, and harvest logistics is strongly preferred. A strong understanding of enterprise systems supporting agricultural operations (ERP, Planning Tools, Field Execution, and Analytics) is also required.

Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Key skills include process mapping, functional design, and solution architecture.
