Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive manufacturing excellence and lead our production team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our production lines, ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.

You will be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of value chain management, including production planning, material requisition, and warehousing
  • Prominent leadership, communication, and basic management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
  • Knowledge of ISHIKAWA, BEC, and 6W2H methodologies
