About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our local IT operations teams and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage local IT operations teams, ensuring the timely resolution of IT service incidents and requests.
  • Have a deep understanding of local IT infrastructure, processes, technology, and adoption of continual service improvement.
  • Work on projects assigned, ensuring project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables align with business goals.
  • Liaise between different business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support, and delivery of IT services.
  • Assist in conducting IT planning, including infrastructure resilience and operation excellence to support Business Units effectively.
  • Prepare annual IT operating budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Provide regular progress reports on IT projects and activities to local leadership teams.
