The Risk Team plays a crucial role in safeguarding CloudWalk, its merchants, and users by establishing a robust defense mechanism. We are committed to maintaining a secure ecosystem by identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage fraud prevention strategies, which include daily analysis, monitoring KPIs, exploring automation opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Elevate operational standards by proposing innovative solutions, implementing new controls, and refining business rules in collaboration with a talented team of analysts and engineers.

Qualifications for Success:

Proficient in SQL; Strong programming capabilities; Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; Advanced proficiency in English; Exceptional analytical abilities; Strong problem-solving skills; Quick learner; Previous experience in Fraud Prevention; Familiarity with acquiring operations and a solid grasp of industry best practices and regulations.
