We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in going live with our product by designing and implementing solutions that meet their needs.
This involves providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved, and ensuring timely implementation and deployment.
The Solutions Engineer will also accompany the Customer Success team during the production stage and conduct practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clients with detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
- Aid in the design and implementation of solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team during the production stage.
- Conduct practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
- Configure services, test them, and analyze metrics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a solution engineer or customer support role.
- Previous experience integrating systems.
- Strong background in software engineering, customer experience, and design architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Software or engineering fields preferred.
- Direct, hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role required.
- Familiarity with REST API Services.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS.
- Familiarity with constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases.
