Job Overview

This is a management role for individuals with extensive experience in foreclosure processes. The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.

  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals responsible for overseeing foreclosures.
  • Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular reviews to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to keep them up to date on regulatory changes and procedures.
  • Oversee the foreclosure pipeline from referral through sale and post-sale activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of foreclosure actions in accordance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and mentor a team of foreclosure specialists and analysts.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to established qualification standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
