  • Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on resourcing and discrepancies to ensure project success.
  • Manage vendor contracts to ensure operational compliance and escalate financial concerns.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Track and analyze project KPIs, including level of effort, T&E, 3rd party budget consumption, milestones acceptance, invoicing, and cash receipts status.
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Develop regular financial status reports for projects and communicate estimates to clients.
  • Monitor subcontractor and vendor contracts, acting as the primary contact point for external/internal resources.
  • Project Closeouts
  • Evaluate project closeout reconciliations and escalate issues as needed.
  • Operational Support
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze financial and business data for assigned projects and contracts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
