Job Summary:

The Finance Project Analyst position is responsible for overseeing financial performance of assigned projects, focusing on key metrics like budget consumption, invoicing, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and project closeouts.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure operational compliance and optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage vendor contracts, track project health, and assist with forecast, invoicing, and payments.
  • Analyze financial and business data for assigned projects and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on change orders, project status, resourcing, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work well with others and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Project Management Standards and Great Plains system.

Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and portfolio financial management is highly preferred. Significant past experience in an administrative position with responsibility for audit and processing tasks is also required.
