Job Overview:

The financial performance specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing assigned projects, focusing on key metrics like budget consumption, invoicing, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into project health.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on resourcing and discrepancies to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure operational compliance.
  • Optimize processes and track project health to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with forecast, invoicing, and payments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience working in financial analysis, be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and possess excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of project management standards and Great Plains system, and prior experience in project analysis and revenue recognition are strongly preferred.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Fluent English speaker.

Ability to work in a hybrid mode from the office and follow business rules and procedures while analyzing and identifying errors in processes and data is required.
