Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to oversee the financial aspects of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and project management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and resolve discrepancies in resource allocation
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure operational compliance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize project performance
  • Track project health and provide regular financial status reports
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Identify and escalate financial concerns to senior management
  • Support project closeouts and ensure timely completion of project tasks

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
