Job Overview

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of creators and companies representing various partner types and verticals. You will drive platform adoption and optimization across YouTube's priorities while assessing creators' needs and goals to craft a growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a scaled portfolio of partners towards business objectives, fostering long-term relationships through multi-channel engagement.
  • Drive product adoption and optimization across platform priorities, supporting creators in their content, business generation, and viewership goals.
  • Ensure compliance with YouTube's community guidelines and policies, providing guidance on navigating support teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed.
  • Lead project initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events, and other strategic programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in external-facing customer interaction roles.
  • Experience in customer support, business development, or relationship management.
  • Background in the video, media, and entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience working with creators or partners, or as a creator themselves.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English to engage with local stakeholders effectively.
