Pour renforcer l'équipe commerciale de notre agence en Sao Paulo, nous recherchons un expert.e expérimenté.e dans le domaine du transport maritime.

Rôle

  • Votre mission sera d'assumer la responsabilité du suivi marketing et de soumettre des rapports réguliers sur les indicateurs de performance à votre manager.
  • Vous serez chargé.e d'identifier les opportunités du marché commercial et de développer les parts de marché en fonction de la stratégie commerciale.
  • Au sein de l'équipe de vente, vous contribuerez au processus de budgétisation des ventes et analyserez les résultats des ventes par rapport au budget.
  • You participerez à l'établissement du plan d'actions commerciales et veillerez à ce que la segmentation des ventes de l'agence soit correcte et à jour.
  • En tant qu'expert.e, vous appliquerez les politiques de vente et de tarification de Reefer dans la zone qui vous est assignée.
  • You soutiendrez l'équipe de vente sur un portefeuille de clients dédié et assurerez le suivi des devis et de leur état d'avancement.
  • You contribuerez à la résolution des litiges et assurez la liaison avec les tarificateurs (fret et réclamations DDSM).
  • En tant que contact clé pour les agents et les principaux clients dans votre zone d'affectation, vous organiserez des visites dans nos agences locales.
Cahier des charges

L'expérience dans le domaine du transport maritime ou dans un poste logistique est appréciée.

Bonnes compétences en matière de communication et de négociation sont requises, ainsi qu'une approche orientée client et une aptitude à résoudre les conflits.

Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et un esprit d'analyse sont nécessaires.

L'expertise en matière de produits spécialisés est un atout supplémentaire.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire. Un entretien se déroulera en anglais.

La connaissance du portugais et/ou du français est appréciée.

Bonne maîtrise de Excel et MS Office est requise.
