Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and approving loading requisitions for hazardous cargo from partners, following all procedures in accordance with the IMDG Code. You will also analyze over dimension cargo loading requisitions from partners, adhering to internal procedures.

You will check and analyze operational invoices in a timely manner to maintain workflow integrity. Additionally, you will provide support to agencies and agents on SAP, schedule feeder vessels, and assist the logistics team with empty moves.

In cases of vessel delays, you will find solutions and provide coastal schedules daily for vessels in the area. Furthermore, you will support vendor negotiations and require:

  • English fluency
  • Experience with all types of operations from terminals to vessels
  • Perfect knowledge of Maritime IMDG CODE
  • IMO cargo certification
  • Experience in special cargo handling
  • Basic knowledge of ship planning

This role is part of a broader function focused on Countries & Business Development.
