As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for spearheading the design of our acquisition journey. Your primary goal is to educate and inform customers about our healthcare treatments and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop customer-centric solutions by owning the complete product design process from discovery to delivery.
- Create intuitive landing pages that clearly communicate our healthcare offerings.
- Enhance the entire acquisition journey, focusing on clarity and business growth.
- Validate hypotheses and ideas using prototyping, user testing, and A/B tests.
- Take ownership for key metrics and evaluate their success.
- Understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- 7+ years of product design experience in consumer-facing, mobile-first products.
- Fluent English, with daily interactions with international teams.
- Strong visual design skills and passion for craft.
- A strong portfolio of previously shipped websites and web-based products.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating user research.
- Familiarity with Figma libraries and design systems.
- Ability to prioritize outcomes over outputs.
