A successful Global Benefits Consultant Lead will oversee the global benefits management program for multinational clients, helping them design and execute their employee benefits strategy.

This leadership role involves managing a team to deliver local brokerage and consulting services in medical and other insured benefit programs, as well as providing consulting services around all employee benefits to headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working on global and regional employee benefits programs and related consulting services. They will be able to generate revenue and grow market share, manage large client relationships, and lead global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global benefits strategies for multinational clients
  • Manage a team of consultants to deliver projects and meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide consulting services and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue and growing market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
