Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ERG Strategy Advisor to join our team. As an advisor, you will work closely with Employee Resource Group (ERG) global and chapter leads to provide strategic guidance and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an advisor to Employee Resource Groups (ERG), providing strategic guidance and oversight to build relationships with ERG Leads and ensure alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with ERG Leads and ERG Executive Sponsors to set and align strategy, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and accelerate results.
  • Create and execute impactful programs for each of your ERGs, focusing on intersectionality and track progress aligned to broader ERG metrics.
  • Capture and share ERG feedback with the team to inform strategy for corresponding ERG Leads and Advisors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with expertise in employee resource groups and racial justice and equity work.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion issues, including understanding societal systems of bias and geopolitical landscapes impacting underrepresented groups.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments, take thoughtful risks, and deliver results through implementation and evaluation.
