Job Description:
Teleperformance is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our customer service team in Lapa/SP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating service teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate service teams to ensure excellence in the service provided.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to employees, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other areas to implement integrated service strategies.
- Stay up to date on leading best practices and trends in the customer service industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
- Experience with Social Media preferred for an integrated approach to customer service.
- Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with the ability to analyze and optimize results.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
- Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
- Advanced or fluent English.
