Job Description:\

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile processes and ensuring the team's success. You will work closely with the product owner to prioritize stories and maximize business value. Your responsibilities will include facilitating sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning. Additionally, you will ensure the removal of team-level impediments and escalate non-team-level blockers to resolution.

You will also act as a liaison between multiple business teams, technology teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and support a shared vision of delivered functionality. Furthermore, you will maintain appropriate project documentation and timely communicate project statuses.

Qualifications:\
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a Software Development team
  • Project management experience in the financial services or technology industry
  • Experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program
  • Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP)

  • MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Consensus building and negotiating skills
