Customer Success Manager Role Overview

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring their success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and experience working with education technology companies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strategic outcomes and measurements to drive customer success.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive teacher adoption and success.
  • Providing onboarding support to customers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Developing account strategies to maintain strong customer health and drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
Requirements

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience managing customer relationships at an education technology company.
  • Direct and proven work with establishing strategic outcomes and measurements.
  • Experience with business drivers for teachers, students, business process owners, and senior district and/or state administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
