Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an accomplished individual to join our technical services team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on BriteCore's features and setup, leveraging phone, email, and video communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, empowering customers to self-serve and improve their experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working through complex ticketing systems.
  • Advanced MySQL abilities, including expertise in query execution and data analysis.
  • Intermediate Python coding skills, with a high proficiency in reading code.
  • Experience communicating with customers via multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in Linux environment administration, debugging, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, web technology, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Skilled in Bash shell scripting.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working at a scaling startup.
  • Experience working with Zendesk.
  • Hands-on experience working with Python web development, Django, and/or Flask.
