We are seeking an accomplished Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the sales engine, you will provide exceptional technical support to our sales team and be the expert on Advanced Observability.
About This Role- You will execute great demos showcasing our unique approach in solving customer pain points.
- You will manage Proof of Concepts onsite and remotely, building key relationships with customers and completing RFIs & RFPs.
- Evaluate technical solutions for sales opportunities.
- Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives.
- Provide technical guidance during the opportunity sales cycle.
- Present on-stage demonstrations at marketing events.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve market share and meet customer needs.
- An ambitious, confident, and self-motivated individual with previous SE experience or another technical customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate value to customers and prospects.
- Previous 3 – 5 years of experience with observability or application performance management technologies and techniques.
