As a seasoned technical expert, you will lead the onboarding process for new customers in Argentina.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless integration of sales channels, ERPs, and logistics partners.
  • Configure the Base.com environment to meet each merchant's operational workflow.
  • Provide ongoing support during the first weeks to guarantee proper usage and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs or feature requests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or consulting at a SaaS or e-commerce company.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations with platforms like Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and ERPs.
  • Ability to understand e-commerce workflows and map them to system configurations.
  • Basic scripting concepts and comfort with APIs and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment processes (WMS, pick & pack, etc.).
  • Organized, proactive problem-solver with strong execution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers.
