¿Querés ser parte de un equipo dinámico que brinda soporte técnico de excelencia? En CTL estamos buscando un Backup Technical Support para garantizar la continuidad y calidad de los servicios de soporte informático, trabajando en conjunto con el equipo y reportando al Service Manager
¿En que nos enfocamos?
Hard Skills:

  • Conocimientos avanzados en reparación de PC. (Excluyente)
  • Conocimientos medios en Windows (Excluyente)
  • Conocimientos básicos de microinformática (VPN, navegadores, software de aplicaciones, (SQL, VMware, etc.) (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento en Linux y OS/iOS (Altamente deseable)
  • Conocimiento de Ticketeras (Excluyente)

Principales responsabilidades:
  • Instalar, configurar y poner en marcha equipos de trabajo, asegurando su correcta conexión y funcionamiento.
  • Desinstalar, trasladar y habilitar puestos de trabajo según requerimientos de OSDE.
  • Reemplazar equipos defectuosos por unidades muleto, realizando backups y restauración de datos si es necesario.
  • Brindar soporte técnico en implementaciones y cambios de redes informáticas.
  • Diagnosticar y realizar tareas menores de mantenimiento en impresoras, escalando cuando corresponda.
  • Proporcionar asistencia técnica remota a usuarios.
  • Gestionar instalación, reparación y políticas de antivirus.
  • Resolver incidentes y solicitudes mediante herramientas de gestión de tickets.
  • Participar en mejoras y migraciones masivas de puestos de trabajo.
  • Colaborar en tareas adicionales para cubrir ausencias o contingencias.
  • Documentar y registrar el movimiento de equipos y periféricos en herramientas de stock.
  • Asistir en la entrega de pedidos o cambios de periféricos en el nodo de soporte.

  • Modalidad: ONSITE 100%
  • Zona de trabajo: AMBA
  • Días: Lunes a Viernes.
  • Horarios: 09 a 18hs.
