Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Specialist, located in Greater Buenos Aires with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer support. Daily tasks include analyzing technical problems, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, or cybersecurity is a plus
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
