Job Description

Our ideal candidate will own and manage escalated customer issue reports, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and bugs, and become an expert of the product. They will replicate and document reported issues/workflows, explore potential workarounds, and provide coaching opportunities to junior team members.

This role is part of a collaborative team working towards our shared mission of making customers and their employees wildly successful. We believe that every conversation matters and we're elevating each one with a platform that drives real-time insights and automation for our customers.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years in Customer Support (additional work experience in a technical field preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate bug reports.
  • Effective communication skills across various internal teams and stakeholders.
