Job Title: Compensation Professional
Job OverviewThis role involves providing compensation support to various business units and functions across Central and South America, covering a population of approximately 4,500 employees across 10 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation strategies that competitively position the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner for HR Business Leaders and WHQ Compensation function representatives, providing solutions and counsel on compensation-related matters.
- Design scenarios to adapt compensation approaches in line with market trends.
- Develop educational programs for HR, leaders, and managers on compensation principles to reinforce organizational culture.
- Collaborate with businesses to ensure alignment, coordination, and proactive management of compensation issues.
- Evaluate jobs and align them to existing Global Job Level structures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by developing processes and controls for compensation plans.
- Manage vendors, auditors, and consultants to ensure optimal services and coverage.
- Analyze and evaluate services and options to ensure they meet organizational needs.
