Job Description:
As a senior test engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic circuit board production. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new test methods and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain complex test programs and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve test efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of electronics and electrical engineering principles.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
  • Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) tools and simulation software.
  • Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and labVIEW.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
