Optimizing Cash Flow as a Strategic Cost Controller

Our company is seeking an experienced professional to lead our cost optimization initiatives in Brazil. As a Senior Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's cash flow remains robust and healthy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delve into the financial structure of Brazil Operations to identify areas of high expenditure within the Profit and Loss Statement.
  2. Analyze financial feasibility, develop projections, and maximize returns to prioritize cost-reduction opportunities.
  3. Lead or collaborate on cost-reduction projects with internal teams, providing critical insights on cost and performance data.
  4. Improve cost tracking processes by generating regular optimization reports using internal systems.
  5. Support communication initiatives to raise awareness among employees about the importance of cost management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Solid experience in consulting, cost optimization, cost analysis, financial efficiency, corporate finance, financial modeling, project valuation, strategic planning, data intelligence, data analytics, business intelligence, or process optimization.
  3. Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
  4. Experience with databases modeling tools, managing large datasets.
  5. Basic knowledge in SQL or any programming language.
  6. Familiarity with Maintenance Strategy and Integrity concepts is a plus.
